This is the funniest shit I’ve ever seen. Missguided is doing a collab with Tiger King with a collection that includes graphic tees and sweatshirts emblazoned with the word “Exotic” across the back.

Celebrity collabs are very common in the fast fashion scene today. UK based brands like Missguided, Boohoo and Pretty Little Thing are constantly creating collections with well known celebs and influencers in an effort to increase consumer traction. It’s a brilliant sales technique.

However, Missguided may have gone too far. Tiger King is an absurd new Netflix series that depicts the antics of convicted criminal Joe Exotic. If you haven’t seen the show yet, I don’t actually understand what you’ve been doing in quarantine.

Tiger King follows a series of ridiculously obscene events in the lives of Joe Exotic and his band of merry misfits. The docuseries offers a peek into the bizarre reality of this niche American rural lifestyle.

I have never laughed harder than the very moment I stopped scrolling on Missguided’s website to see a graphic tee spattered with an artfully placed tiger head and the word, King.

This is ridiculous. I need to know who is buying this and why.

I am all for a collab. In fact, I regularly find myself admiring the Missguided x Playboy collection. But, this is truly something else.

I don’t meant to be a negative Nancy. I love Missguided and spend a lot more money than I should on their website. This Tiger King nonsense is hilarious. I can’t.

I am always down for a collab and think it’s genius to attract a celebrity’s fans by curating a collection for them.

But I need other people to see this in order for me to know that it is a real thing that is happening.
